By accessing or using QuickImageHub ("the Service") at quickimagehub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via the "Last updated" date.
2. Description of Service
QuickImageHub provides free, browser-based tools for processing images and PDF files. The Service includes 21 tools: image conversion, compression, resizing, background removal, editing, meme creation, collage making, watermarking, color palette extraction, SVG conversion, PDF merging/splitting/compressing/reordering/text extraction, QR code generation, bulk file renaming, and OCR.
All file processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not provide file storage, cloud synchronization, or account management services.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for:
- → Personal, educational, and commercial purposes
- → Processing your own files or files you have the rights to process
- → Creating output files for any lawful purpose
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- → Process files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- → Create or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
- → Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that degrade performance
- → Process child sexual abuse material or any illegal content
- → Circumvent or interfere with the Service's security measures
5. Intellectual Property
Your files: You retain full ownership of all files you process. QuickImageHub claims no intellectual property rights over your input or output files.
Our Service: The QuickImageHub website, code, design, and branding are owned by QuickImageHub. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design or code without permission.
Open-source components: The Service uses open-source libraries licensed under MIT, Apache-2.0, and ISC. These licenses are compatible with commercial use and advertising-based monetization.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QuickImageHub does not warrant that:
- → The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
- → Processing results will meet your specific quality or accuracy requirements
- → AI features (background removal, OCR) will produce perfect results for all input files
- → The Service will be compatible with all browsers, devices, or file types
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickImageHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed $0 (the amount you paid for the Service).
Since all file processing occurs in your browser, we strongly recommend keeping backups of original files before processing.
8. Advertising
QuickImageHub currently operates without advertising. We plan to integrate Google AdSense in the future to sustain the free service. When implemented, ads will be served by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not sell user data to advertisers.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party technologies including Google Analytics, Cloudflare Pages hosting, and AI model hosting via Hugging Face and jsDelivr CDN. Your use of the Service is subject to these providers' respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
